These terms cover your use of parksradar.com ("ParksRadar", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

What ParksRadar is

ParksRadar is an independent guide to theme parks, water parks, zoos, national and state parks, beaches, ski areas and other parks. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any park, resort or operator. Park names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the parks.

We do not sell park tickets, and we cannot make bookings, change reservations or answer for a park's policies. For those, contact the park directly.

Forecasts and park information are estimates

Crowd levels and crowd forecasts are predictions. Wait times, hours, operating calendars, weather, prices, events and facility details come from the parks' own pages and from third-party and open data sources, each credited where it is shown. Any of it can be incomplete, late or wrong, and parks change their plans without notice.

Always confirm hours, dates, prices and closures on the park's official site before you travel or buy. Do not rely on ParksRadar for safety, medical or accessibility decisions.

Links, affiliate links and ads

• The site links to other websites, including the parks' own sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, prices or practices.
• Some links are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our crowd forecasts are the same whether or not you buy.
• Pages with substantial written content may show ads, labelled "Advertisement". Every company authorised to sell ads on this site is listed in our ads.txt file.
• Any purchase you make is between you and the seller.

Posts, tips and crowd reports you send

When you post on a park's discussion board or tell us how busy a park was, you confirm that what you send is your own and is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Posts are reviewed before they appear, and we may decline or remove any post.

• No unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual or violent content. This is a family site.
• No spam, advertising or links you are paid to post.
• No personal information about other people, and no sharing of your own contact details in public posts.
• Do not impersonate a park, its staff or anyone else.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give ParksRadar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store and adapt it on the site and in sharing it from the site.

Using the site fairly

• Do not try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the services it runs on.
• Do not copy the site's data in bulk or run automated collection that goes beyond normal browsing or what our robots.txt allows.
• Do not use the site in any way that breaks the law or the rights of others.

Our content and data credits

The site's own text, design and compilations are owned by ParksRadar. Data and photos from other sources are used under their own licences, and each is credited, with a link to its licence where one applies, where it is shown. Those credits and licences take precedence for that material.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any forecast or listing is accurate.

To the extent the law allows, ParksRadar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its information, including a missed ride, a crowded day, a closure or a purchase made on another site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Children

ParksRadar is meant for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not post on the discussion boards.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
